Founded in 1984 in Belgium by Michael Farmer, our firm was established with a clear mission: to help companies succeed in international markets through distributors and marketing channels. At the time, little was known about how to effectively expand businesses globally using these networks.

With extensive experience in both the U.S. and Europe, Michael recognized a critical gap in the marketplace. While many general business consultants existed, few had expertise in channel and partner management or firsthand experience running a business. This lack of understanding made it difficult for companies to navigate daily challenges and drive sustainable growth.

Bringing over 40 years of hands-on experience, Michael leveraged his entrepreneurial background and leadership roles—including Sales Manager for Benelux and Scandinavia, CEO of a Belgian operation, Major Accounts Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and Regional Director of Europe—to provide practical, results-driven solutions.

Since then, our team has empowered hundreds of companies and trained over 8,000 managers and executives across 121 countries, helping them maximize profits, optimize distribution strategies, and create lasting business impact.

About Our Founder, Michael Farmer

Michael Farmer is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist, and pioneer in channel marketing, management, and revenue generation.

Michael grew up as the eldest of four children in a family shaped by the values of the Depression and WWII era. Frugality, hard work, perseverance, and creativity were ingrained in his upbringing. At just 12 years old, Michael launched his first business, setting the foundation for a lifetime of entrepreneurial achievement.

With over 40 years of experience working with global leaders like IBM, GE, HP, Canon, Sun, DuPont, Novartis, and Oracle—as well as hundreds of small and mid-sized businesses—he has helped organizations scale, streamline operations, and achieve lasting success.

Michael’s expertise lies in transforming business potential into measurable results. His proven methods and strategic insights have empowered thousands of entrepreneurs and executives worldwide. He has helped them build high-performance teams, accelerate revenue growth, and maximize market reach.
